Since mid-November 2024, and after a fast-tracked initial design phase, our construction teams have been fully engaged in a major project: the construction of a 1,600 m² central catering laboratory and the creation/renovation of nearly 850 m² of administrative spaces on the Port of Gennevilliers.

A major challenge: a tight execution schedule to deliver a turnkey space, in response to a critical production need for our client.

Full mobilization: from the initial sketching phase of the production laboratory layout, through fluid systems design carried out in collaboration with ITEC Fluides, and now into a fast-paced execution phase, the LABO CONSEIL teams and their partners are doing everything possible to ensure an optimal delivery.
